What are the opening hours of Carpe Diem in De Panne?
In winter (October to March), Carpe Diem is open on Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, on Saturday from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Sundays and public holidays from 09:00 to 18:00; we are closed on Wednesday and Thursday. In summer (April to September) we are open every day except Wednesday: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 08:30 to 18:30, Saturday from 08:00 to 18:30, and Sundays and public holidays from 09:00 to 18:30. The coffee house is at Zeelaan 116, 8660 De Panne, close to the Markt. You don’t need to book: walk-ins are always welcome during opening hours. Coming as a group, or want to check a specific day? How much is a coffee at Carpe Diem and what comes with it?
An espresso at Carpe Diem costs € 3.00, a ristretto € 3.30 and a cappuccino or latte macchiato € 4.50; all prices include VAT. Every coffee comes as standard with a little advocaat, a pot of whipped cream, a chocolate and a speculoos biscuit. Fancy something else? A flavoured latte macchiato (vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, chocolate cookie, speculoos or advocaat) costs € 5.70, a chai latte or matcha latte € 6.00 and a hot Choco Maison € 6.00. Later in the day the menu also offers Belgian beers from € 3.30, an Aperol Spritz at € 9.50 and the Espresso Martini at € 12.50. The full drinks menu, with more than a hundred drinks and every price, is online at carpediemdepanne.be/menu. If anything differs, the menu in the café applies.

Where can I park?
The Zeelaan is in the red zone: paid, two hours maximum. Shop & Go spaces are free for 30 minutes. The orange and green zones are cheaper.
How do I get there by coast tram?
Take the coast tram to the De Panne Markt stop, then walk a few minutes. The tram runs straight from De Panne station.
Can I also have an aperitif or a cocktail?
Yes. Next to coffee and tea, the menu has aperitifs and cocktails such as Aperol Spritz (€ 9.50), mojito (€ 9.00), the house cocktail (€ 9.00) and the Espresso Martini (€ 12.50).
